Terms of Use
Rules for demo, trial, and evaluation use of Atlas.
Evaluation use
These terms apply to demo, trial, and evaluation access. If your organization signs a separate written agreement for Atlas, that agreement controls your production use.
No professional advice
Atlas output is informational and assistive. It is not legal, compliance, tax, accounting, financial, implementation, migration, security, or SAP professional advice. Human subject matter experts must review all recommendations before use.
Customer responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, permissions, and quality of uploaded inputs and connected data sources. You are also responsible for validating generated artifacts before relying on them in a migration program.
AI limitations
AI systems can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific customer environment. Atlas uses evidence gating and citations to reduce risk, but does not guarantee that outputs are complete, correct, or fit for a particular purpose.
Acceptable use
Do not use Atlas to process unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, bypass access controls, upload malware, extract secrets, or make automated decisions without required human review.
No warranties
Atlas is provided as-is and as-available for demo and evaluation use, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas operators and contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, lost-profit, lost-revenue, lost-data, business-interruption, or migration-program damages arising from demo or evaluation use.
