Privacy Policy
How Atlas handles account data, uploaded evidence, AI processing, and enterprise security controls.
Customer content
Customer content includes uploaded files, SAP evidence, generated artifacts, prompts, comments, and integration metadata. Atlas uses customer content only to provide, secure, support, and improve the configured workspace, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
No model training
Atlas does not permit customer content, prompts, or generated artifacts to be used to train external foundation models. AI providers must be configured with no-training or equivalent enterprise controls where available.
Data sources
Atlas may process information you provide directly, files uploaded by authorized users, metadata from configured connectors, authentication events, product telemetry, support communications, and security logs.
Security and retention
Atlas is designed for encryption in transit and at rest, tenant isolation, role-based access, audit logs, and configurable retention. Production retention, deletion, and subprocessor commitments should be governed by a signed customer agreement or data processing addendum.
Sensitive data
Do not upload secrets, credentials, regulated personal data, or confidential third-party content unless your organization has approved that processing and configured the appropriate deployment controls.
Contact
For privacy, deletion, or security questions, contact the Atlas operator or the organization administering your workspace.
